Earn2Trade is retiring the firm-provided NinjaTrader connection that ran on Rithmic. New subscriptions that want NinjaTrader must pick the NinjaTrader-Tradovate unified API option at signup, and legacy NinjaTrader/Rithmic accounts are honored only until June 30, 2026, when the firm says they are terminated (Earn2Trade Blog). NinjaTrader remains a free platform choice for Earn2Trade evaluations, which are paid services traded in simulation.
What changed
The firm says NinjaTrader is now provided through the NinjaTrader-Tradovate unified API rather than the legacy Rithmic connection (Earn2Trade Blog). An update box on the firm’s connection guide dates the switch for new access to June 2, 2026, and says existing legacy connections are honored but must completely run out by the end of June 2026 (Earn2Trade Help Center). The help article on NinjaTrader access is blunter: “By June 30th, accounts will be terminated.”
| Item | Before | From the cutoff |
|---|---|---|
| NinjaTrader data route | Rithmic connection provided by Earn2Trade | NinjaTrader-Tradovate unified API |
| Legacy NinjaTrader/Rithmic accounts | Active | Terminated after June 30, 2026 |
| New subscriptions | Included the Rithmic route | NinjaTrader-Tradovate option selected at signup |
| Rithmic with NinjaTrader | Firm-provided license | Only with the trader’s own NinjaTrader license that has a Rithmic integration |
Earn2Trade says it will stop providing licenses for NinjaTrader with a Rithmic data option (Earn2Trade Help Center).
Who it affects
Traders running an evaluation on the legacy NinjaTrader/Rithmic setup have to finish before the cutoff date (Earn2Trade Blog). Someone who passes on the legacy connection before June 30 gets the funded account set up on the new NinjaTrader-Tradovate API, according to the firm. Traders who signed up after the early-June change are already on the new route.
What stays the same
NinjaTrader is still offered at no extra platform cost, and the underlying data provider has not been dropped from the firm’s lineup. “Rithmic itself is not going away,” the firm writes; it remains a selectable data feed for platforms other than NinjaTrader (Earn2Trade Blog). A trader who owns a personal NinjaTrader license with a Rithmic integration can still pair the two (Earn2Trade Help Center).
What traders should check
Confirm which connection the current subscription uses, and compare the time left in the evaluation with the June 30 date. Check that a new subscription has the NinjaTrader-Tradovate option selected at signup if NinjaTrader is the intended platform. Customers holding a promotional subscription rate should contact support before their next purchase to keep it, the firm says (Earn2Trade Blog).
