About helloweekends
An independent reference on futures prop firm rules, payouts and CME trading hours.
helloweekends is an independent reference for futures traders who are choosing a prop firm or already trading one of its accounts. We collect each firm's evaluation rules, funded-account rules and payout terms from the firm's own pages, date every check and log every change we find. We also publish CME Globex trading hours and holiday closures in US Eastern Time.
What you will find here
- Futures prop firm profiles: plans and prices, drawdown and daily loss limits, consistency rules, payout terms, platforms and the firm's status, each with the date we last checked it and a link to the official rules.
- A log of rule changes: what a firm changed, what the rule was before, when the change took effect and where the firm announced it.
- Futures market hours: CME Globex sessions, daily breaks and holiday schedules.
- Plain explanations of the rules traders compare most, such as trailing drawdown, the consistency rule and weekend holding, and lists that sort firms by published criteria.
Why the name
Futures markets on CME Globex close from Friday afternoon to Sunday evening, US Eastern Time. Whether a firm lets you hold a position over that break is one of the rules traders check first. Trade the week, keep the weekend.
Who we are
helloweekends is published by the helloweekends Editors. We are not a prop firm, a broker or a trading educator. We do not sell evaluations, courses, signals or trading advice. Our editorial policy explains how we work, and our methodology explains where every figure comes from.
How the site is funded
helloweekends carries no advertising and no affiliate links today. If we publish paid content in the future, it will carry a visible label and sit apart from our own pages. Rule and payout data, the change log, a firm's status and the criteria behind our lists are never for sale. The sponsored content and affiliate policy sets out the rules.
What this site is not
A prop firm evaluation is a paid service in which you trade a simulated account. Most people who buy one do not pass it, and firms change their rules, pause payouts and close. Nothing on helloweekends is investment, trading, tax or legal advice. Always read a firm's current rules on its own site before you pay.
