MyForexFunds opened a submission form on August 27, 2026 for every user who held an active account when the firm froze trading on August 29, 2023. It covers the Evaluation, Accelerated and Rapid programs and stays open for one month. The firm says the form is for data collection and reconciliation, not a decision on who gets paid (MyForexFunds).

What changed

Earlier disbursement work was limited to funded accounts. The new form widens the process to all users with an active account at the freeze, across the Evaluation, Accelerated and Rapid programs. An evaluation is a paid service traded in a simulated account, so a claim here concerns the account record, not money held in a brokerage account.

Each submission generates a Case ID for what the firm calls the Official MFF Case Tracker, and the firm targets a first update within three to four weeks. It also says submissions that are false, embellished or misleading will be set aside.

The window runs one month from the August 27 post, which puts the close at September 26, 2026, the date reported by Forex Prop Reviews.

What submitting does not do

The firm is explicit that filing the form settles nothing: “Submission does not constitute a determination of eligibility or outcome.” Traders who submit should expect a Case ID and an update, not a payment schedule.

Separately, the firm says reward disbursements for funded accounts that held positive equity at the freeze remain in progress. That track was already running before this form opened.

Where the CFTC case stands

The CFTC sued Traders Global Group Inc. in the District of New Jersey on August 28, 2023, one day before the freeze. The docket, 1:23-cv-11808, records the case terminated on July 14, 2025, with the last known filing on the same date.

Nothing on that docket points to court supervision of the claims form. On the record available, the reconciliation is run by the company itself, on timelines the company sets and can change.

What to check before the deadline

Confirm the account was active on August 29, 2023 and falls under Evaluation, Accelerated or Rapid. Keep the Case ID the form returns, since the firm ties tracker updates to it. Match the details submitted to the account records, given the firm’s warning about misleading entries. Treat the three to four week target as the firm’s own estimate rather than a commitment.
