Alpha Futures says Premium account payouts already approved for payment will be paid, in batches, and that a first batch worth 10% of the amount outstanding went out on July 15, 2026. The firm has set no date for the remaining batches. Payouts on its Zero and Advanced accounts return to same-day processing from the next day, according to the same post.
What Alpha Futures said
The update sits on the firm’s own website and carries no date there. SmartPropFirm places it on July 15, 2026 and describes it as a partial reversal of the firm’s earlier handling of pending Premium payouts. The Front Month reports that Alpha put the batch-payment promise on that website rather than in private messages.
In the post, Alpha Futures says every Premium trader in approved-for-pay status will be paid, and that those requests appear as Premium Pending in the dashboard. “Premium Account payouts WILL be made in batches,” the post says. The first batch, 10% of outstanding Premium account payouts, was paid that day. SmartPropFirm puts the same figure at roughly 10% of payouts that had previously been voided.
| Account type | What the firm says on July 15 |
|---|---|
| Premium, approved for pay | Paid in batches; a first batch of 10% paid that day |
| Premium, active | Still receives refunds |
| Zero and Advanced | Same-day payout processing from the next day |
Who it affects
This concerns traders holding Premium accounts with a withdrawal request the firm had already approved. In these programs the trading is simulated and the evaluation is a paid service, so a payout is a request the firm approves and pays out of its own funds, not a transfer from a brokerage balance. Traders on Zero and Advanced accounts are affected only through the processing time, which the firm says returns to same day.
What is still open
The post names no schedule, and no date, for the batches after the first. That leaves the remaining 90% of approved Premium payouts without a stated timeline. The firm also says active Premium account users continue to receive refunds, so a refund and a payout are being handled as separate outcomes depending on the account’s status.
What traders should check
Check which label the dashboard shows against each request, since Premium Pending is the status the firm ties to its batch promise. Keep a record of the approved amount and the approval date before any status changes. Watch the firm’s own posts for the second batch, because the commitment so far is public but open-ended.
