The companies announced the deal on June 3, 2026, and terms were not disclosed. Nothing in the announcement changes MyFundedFutures futures evaluations or funded accounts: the two businesses will keep operating independently, sharing technology, operational expertise and investment.

The release says MyFundedFutures acquired an equity stake in Funding Predicts, a prop firm designed for prediction markets, where contracts settle on the outcome of an event.
