Bulenox rules depend on the path you buy and the option you pick. Qualification and Momentum are evaluations; Fast Track is instant funding with no evaluation. On every path you choose Option 1, an intraday trailing drawdown with no daily loss limit, or Option 2, an end-of-day drawdown with a daily loss limit. All positions must be closed by 3:59 p.m. CT, and news trading is allowed.
Rules on every Bulenox path
- Close by 3:59 p.m. CT (4:59 p.m. ET). The Bulenox trading day runs from 5:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. CT. All positions must be closed by 3:59 p.m. CT, and holding overnight is strictly prohibited. Weekend holding is not allowed either.
- Option 1. An intraday trailing drawdown that counts open positions, with no scaling plan and no daily loss limit. A trailing drawdown is a loss limit that moves up as your balance grows.
- Option 2. An end-of-day (EOD) drawdown, measured on your closing balance, plus a daily loss limit (DLL). On the classic path Option 2 also has a scaling plan that raises your contract limit in steps.
- News trading is allowed. Bulenox says CPI, FOMC and NFP releases have no blackout windows and no forced position closing.
- No minimum days. The current Qualification page says there is no minimum or maximum number of trading days, and you can pass in one day.
- Markets. 41 futures contracts on CME, CBOT, NYMEX and COMEX, including FX futures and Micro Bitcoin and Micro Ether futures.
- Platforms. Rithmic with R|Trader Pro, and NinjaTrader, with a free NinjaTrader 8 license on Master accounts.
- Extra fees. Traders with professional status pay $116 a month for exchange data, and the status cannot be changed later. Connecting to Rithmic through a third-party API or trade copier costs $100 a month.
- Account limits. Official pages disagree: up to 11 active Master accounts on the older Qualification page, up to 5 on the older Master page. Qualification accounts are unlimited.
Plans and prices
Classic Qualification leads to a Master account that needs an activation fee. Momentum is one payment covering the evaluation and a free Master activation. Fast Track skips the evaluation for a one-time, non-refundable fee, with no activation fee or monthly subscription. The classic prices below come from an older Bulenox homepage that lists them per month. The current pricing page did not show them, so today's classic price and billing are not confirmed.

Qualification and Master
This is the classic path. The Qualification has no consistency rule, and on Option 2 the daily loss limit pauses trading for the day. After you pass, you pay the Master activation fee. On the Master account the drawdown is $1,500, $2,500, $3,000 or $4,500 by size, both drawdown types stop at the starting balance plus $100, and there are no resets. The Option 2 daily loss limit is removed once the drawdown level reaches the starting balance. These Master details come from older help pages last marked updated in 2021 to 2023.
Momentum
One payment covers the evaluation and the Master account, which Bulenox activates free once you pass. Option 2 has a daily loss limit and a lower contract cap than Option 1. Payouts from a Momentum Master use a 35% consistency rule.
Fast Track
Fast Track has no evaluation and no profit target to reach before trading for payouts. On both options the drawdown trails up and stops for good at the starting balance plus $100. The Option 2 daily loss limit stays for the life of the account, except on the 25K, where Option 2 has none. A consistency rule applies to payouts, but its percentage was not readable on the official page. Other firms that skip the evaluation are compared on our instant funding prop firm list.
Worked example: Fast Track 50K, Option 2
You start at $50,000 with a $2,250 drawdown, so the floor is $47,750. On Option 2 the drawdown is set from your end-of-day balance. If you finish a day at $51,000, the floor moves up to $48,750. It keeps trailing until it reaches $50,100, the starting balance plus $100, which happens once an end-of-day balance reaches $52,350. From then on the floor stays at $50,100. The $1,200 daily loss limit stays in place the whole time.
What breaks or pauses a Bulenox account
- Letting the balance reach the drawdown level. On Option 1 the level trails intraday and counts open positions, so an open loss can reach it.
- Holding a position past 3:59 p.m. CT. Overnight holding is strictly prohibited.
- Hitting the Option 2 daily loss limit in a Qualification pauses trading for the rest of the day; it does not end the account.
- Master accounts have no resets.

Recent rule changes
We found no dated rule change on an official Bulenox page, so the rule change log has no Bulenox entry yet. The current site shows Momentum and Fast Track next to the classic path, but Bulenox has not published an announcement with dates for them. Payout terms are on the Bulenox payout rules page.
Know the riskA Bulenox evaluation is a paid service with simulated trading. Most people who buy an evaluation do not pass it, and firms change their rules, pause payouts and close. Read Bulenox's current rules before you buy. Not investment advice.
