MyFundedFutures started selling Rapid EOD on August 6, a version of its Rapid evaluation whose drawdown updates after the close instead of following an open trade. The firm keeps Rapid’s 90/10 profit split and payout requests every 24 hours. In exchange the plan carries fewer contracts, a four-day minimum and a 30% consistency requirement in the evaluation. It applies to new purchases only.
What changed
An intraday trailing drawdown follows unrealized profit tick by tick, so an open winner can pull the loss limit up behind it. An end-of-day drawdown updates once, after the session closes. Rapid EOD uses the end-of-day version at every stage, including the simulated funded account, according to the firm’s blog. On the 50K account the blog lists a $2,000 end-of-day drawdown, no daily loss limit, and a drawdown that locks at $100.
Finance Magnates reported that CEO Matt Leech announced the plan the evening before, writing: “Tomorrow we launch rapid EOD.” The same report says MyFundedFutures called Rapid EOD a limited-time plan and gave no end date.
Rapid EOD 50K terms
The 50K account has a $3,000 profit target, up to 3 minis or 30 micros, and a minimum of four trading days. Evaluation consistency is 30%, meaning a cap on how much of the total profit one day may supply. The blog puts the price at a single payment with no subscription and no activation fee: “Rapid EOD is a single payment of $157”.
Standard Rapid compared with Rapid EOD
| 50K account | Standard Rapid | Rapid EOD |
|---|---|---|
| Contracts | 5 minis / 50 micros | 3 minis / 30 micros |
| Minimum trading days | 2 | 4 |
| Evaluation consistency | 50% | 30% |
Those three figures come from the firm’s blog. Finance Magnates summarized the swap as giving up intraday drawdown for a 30% consistency rule.
Payouts
A Rapid EOD account becomes payout eligible at $2,100 above the starting balance, then needs $500 in net profit per request, with requests allowed every 24 hours and 90% of the profit going to the trader, per the blog. Finance Magnates reported a $10,000 daily profit cap on the plan, and that MyFundedFutures can hold up to $5,000 of simulated profit in a reserve when an account moves to live.
What traders should check
Tier 1 news trading is not allowed once the account is funded, and a trader may hold up to three funded accounts, according to the blog. The evaluation itself is a paid service traded on simulated accounts, so passing is not the same as being paid. Because the firm has not published an end date for a plan it describes as limited time, the terms above are the ones offered at launch.
