Take Profit Trader said on July 20, 2026 that the account-to-wallet step of a withdrawal now clears automatically on active Tradovate PRO accounts. That step used to wait for manual review of 12 business hours or more. The firm puts the automated version at one to five seconds. Rithmic PRO and PRO+ accounts still go through manual approval. The change applies from the day of the announcement.
What changed
A payout at Take Profit Trader runs in two legs: money moves from the trading account to the trader’s wallet, then from the wallet to a bank or payment provider. The first leg is the one that was automated. In the announcement from Orlando, Florida, the firm calls automating that approval “the next big unlock”.
The dashboard balance also updates about two hours earlier, at roughly 8-9 p.m. EST instead of 10-11 p.m. EST, according to the firm’s blog post on payout speed.
| Step | Before | After |
|---|---|---|
| Account-to-wallet, Tradovate PRO | Manual review, up to 12 business hours, sometimes up to two trading days | Automated, about one to five seconds |
| Dashboard balance update | 10-11 p.m. EST | About 8-9 p.m. EST |
| Account-to-wallet, Rithmic PRO and PRO+ | Manual review | Manual review |
| Wallet-to-bank | Manual review | Manual review |
The firm’s help center Q&A gives the automated step as five to ten seconds rather than the one to five seconds in the press release. Either way, the wait is now measured in seconds.
Who it affects
The automation covers Tradovate PRO accounts and excludes archived accounts, meaning those liquidated more than three days ago. Rithmic and PRO+ withdrawals stay manual for now, the firm says. The data feed a trader picks at purchase therefore decides how fast the first leg of a payout clears.
What stays the same
The payout policy itself did not move. The press release says day-1 and daily withdrawals remain, with no caps and no new consistency requirements on funded accounts. The blog describes the release plainly: “It’s a processing speed improvement.”
The second leg is untouched. Wallet-to-bank requests are still reviewed by hand by the firm’s Profit Team and can take up to 12 business hours. US bank payouts run through Plaid and are typically real-time, sometimes one to two business days, while PayPal or Wise can take up to 12 business hours.
What traders should check
The request only goes through if the account is flat at that moment, with no open positions and no working orders, per the firm’s blog. A trader holding a position or a resting order has to clear the book first. Because the wallet-to-bank leg is unchanged, a same-day arrival in a bank account is still not guaranteed by this release.
